Pervasive Displays Wins 2012 Red Herring Global Top 100 Award


Tainan, Taiwan, December 4, 2012 – Pervasive Displays Inc (PDI), was named a 2012 Red Herring Global Top 100 Award Winner in the category of Clean Technology at the annual award event held in Los Angeles, California on November 27th, 2012. 

After surveying more than a thousand of the leading private companies from North America, Europe, and Asia, Red Herring announced this mark of distinction for identifying promising new companies and entrepreneurs. The award highlights some of the most innovative and transformative startups on the globe, companies that revolutionize their respective ecosystems and further evolve our technological world. 

Winners are selected based on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technological innovation, management quality, strategy, and market penetration. This assessment of potential is complimented by a review of the track record and standing of startups relative their peers, allowing Red Herring to see past the “buzz” and make the list a valuable instrument of discovery and advocacy for the most promising new business models from around the globe.
